Jon is the General Manager and InnKeeper for the Blue Ridge Inn Bed and Breakfast. He is responsible for managing the Inn and providing direction on hospitality, dining, housekeeping and all aspects of the guest experience. You’ll also catch him cooking breakfast each morning. Jon had worked at the Inn in various capacities for the past 2 years. Prior to that he was Inflight training Manager at AirTran Airways and President of the Flight Attendant Union. Over the years he has held numerous assignments at AirTran, Eastern Airlines and several small businesses. Jon is a native of Atlanta and has lived in Blue Ridge for the past 4 years.
Mark is the Concierge and Assistant InnKeeper. He is directly responsible for our guest experience, providing concierge service for our guests and managing aspects of the Inn operation. Mark has previously worked in sales at Town & Country, Real Estate with ReMax, and the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway. Prior to that he was an Inflight Supervisor and Flight Attendant with Airtran and United Airlines. Over the years he has held numerous roles at Resort properties, Travel Management companies and Resort sales. Mark can help you plan out your itinerary for your stay.
Connie is one of our InnKeepers responsible for check-ins, provides concierge services, cooks breakfast and bakes our afternoon cookies. You can thank Connie for your afternoon cookie treats and for her amazing French toast recipes.
