Minimum Night Stays:
One (1) night stays are available, however holidays and special events
have a two (2) night stay requirement. Please call for availability or
check our reservation calender.
Rates:
Rates are for single or double occupancy for a queen or king room only.
More than 2 guests will require a suite. The maximum number of
guests in a suite is four (4). Included in your
stay is a country breakfast served in our Victorian dining room. Until a
deposit is received, all rates are subject to change without notice.
Rates also are subject to applicable tax. Detailed credit card
information is required upon making a reservation. Additional guests
are $20.00 per person per night, which includes breakfast.
Reservation Policy:
We require a deposit equal to one nights stay. You must use a credit
card to secure your room. The balance is due upon check-in. You will
receive written confirmation of your reservation by mail or e-mail.
Housekeeping service is provided for stays of three or more days.
Cancellation Policy:
If you choose to cancel your stay with us, we will be happy to refund
your deposit, less a $25.00 processing fee, provided that you give more
than seven (7) days notice. If you cancel less then seven (7) days of
your arrival date or do not show, you will lose your deposit. Please
understand that our Reservation and Cancellation Policies are a vital
part of managing a small country inn.

Children:
Children over the age of fourteen (14) are welcome to stay in our guest rooms.
Regrettably, the atmosphere of the Blue Ridge Inn is not suitable for
young children. We offer a luxury apartment for
families with young children. Please contact us for details and
restrictions. Children under the age of three (3) are free in the
Luxury Apartment.
No Pets are allowed at the Inn.
- Guests generating excessive noise or bothering other guests will be
asked to leave the Inn immediately and held responsible for the entire
amount of stay.
- We are a Smoke Free Inn. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the
premises, which includes not only the guest rooms but the grounds and
the outside decks and patios.
- Candles and Incense burning are not allowed in guest rooms or on
patios or decks for insurance and security reasons. Guests will be
charged for damages or excessive cleaning caused by candle or incense
burning.
- Damages: Guests are responsible for excessive cleaning, damages to or
breakage of the Inn's property. Final expenses will be based upon
actual documented costs.
- Parking at the Inn is limited. There is free parking available on streets adjacent to the Inn. We will be happy
to give you more parking information upon your arrival.
- For security reasons, a PHOTO ID and the credit card used to make
the reservation are required at check-In.
- To secure your reservation, one night will be charged to your credit
card at the time you make the reservation. You will receive written
confirmation and a receipt will be given.
- A credit card and relative information will be taken for every
reservation regardless of method of final payment.
